Phil Schwarz is the Industry Strategist for Energy at OpenText. With two decades of energy industry experience, Phil has become a trusted SME, having supported operators, EPCs, service providers, and OEMs across the entire value chain. Phil is an engineer by education and has a MBA, M.S. in Economics, and a Graduate Certificate in Smart Oilfield Technologies. He resides in the Anchorage, Alaska area and loves to hike and enjoy the outdoors.
Kevin Conroy
Sr. Account Executive, Public Utilities, OpenText

Kevin Conroy has been consulting regulated organizations specific to the journey of their Customer Experiences with an emphasis on Enterprise Information Management solutions for the last two decades. Residing in Arizona he takes advantage of the weather by favorite pastimes of golfing, hiking, walking his Labradors and attending his children's sporting events.  
Marc Rosson
Enterprise Architect, Snohomish County PUD

Marc brings over 34 years of experience within the Information Technology industry. During his career he has made many roles from programmer to CIO and has been in the Enterprise Architect role for Snohomish County PUD for the past 14 years.

Prior to utilities, Marc worked  as the CIO for Seattle Housing Authority providing public housing in the city of Seattle for 10 years and before that 10 years in Oil & Gas for multiple companies including Exxon/Mobil/BP/Conoco-Phillips.
Marc has an MBA and a BS in Computer Science.
Magali Germain
Customer Programs and Engagement, OpenText

With 20 years of B2B marketing experience, Magali is a specialist in customer experience. She previously worked at HP and Quadient, where she was responsible for EMEA marketing. She has supported the Digital Experience Product Marketing team at OpenText, before joining the customer marketing team. She lives with her 2 children in Switzerland and enjoys outdoor activities.
