Guest Speaker: Therese Alshammar
Therese Alshammar, competed at 6 Olympic Games, with 3 Olympic medals and 23 years on the Swedish National swimming team and is still today one of the most decorated swimmer in Europe with over 70 international medals.
Her longevity in sports came from an interest in both performance environment and working on overall health and wellbeing. Her presentation will focus on the importance of working in the right way and how we can improve our performance mixed with lessons from a life in sports.
